Poll Everywhere

1. Go to www.polleverywhere.com
2. Click on PRICING in the top right hand corner



3. There will be tabs near the top labeled Business and Non Profit, K12, and Higher Education.

• Click on K12

4. There is a K12 Free account, click on SIGN UP
 

5.  Once you have signed up for the Education account, you are ready to create polls !!!

TO CREATE POLLS in POLL EVERYWHERE

1. log into Poll Everywhere
2. click on CREATE NEW POLL (it will be found near the top left hand corner of the screen)
3. You will then get to choose from 3 options (Multiple Choice, Free Text, or Goal Poll)

4. We usually choose Multiple Choice, or Free Text Poll
5. Click on your choice
6. Begin to create your poll, by typing the question 

7. Once you have finished with your poll, just click on SAVE NEW POLL

Smart Recorder and Airliner

Smart Recorder
  You can use the Smart Recorder button in your Smart Software to record your desktop screen, or a portion of your desktop very easily.  Remember, it might be best to have a microphone attached to your computer to catch the sound better, but it's not necessary.

First step is to make sure the RECORDER button is on the Notebook Toolbar

MAC

1. Open Smart Board Tools
2. Click on OPEN
3. Click on RECORDER
4. The recorder will come up and then you click on the big red dot to record
5. When you are finished recording, hit stop and then save your file

PC

1. Right click on the small blue and white icon in your system try (bottom right hand corner)
2. Choose RECORDER
3. The recorder will come up and then you click on the big red dot to record
4. When you are finished recording hit stop and then save your file

     

Smart Airliner
The Airliner is so awesome.  It's a way for you and your students to control your computer from anywhere in the room.  Whether you are in the back, or your students are working in groups or at different tables.  This is the way to go !
